I Was a Kimono
I Was A Kimono is a Nippo-Italian sustainable fashion concept that gives a second life to second-hand Japanese classic textiles, used originally for vintage classic kimonos.
The circular textiles are carefully scouted for and selected by the Italian designer Cristina who has been living in Japan for over 20 years.
Every piece is crafted by hand in Japan, by local artisans and is the mix of Japanese traditional craftsmanship and European design, resulting in unique, collectable pieces.
