SHIPPING POLICY AND PRICING

All deliveries offset their carbon footprint. We only accept and deliver orders within Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, United States of America and selected European Countries. We take up to 3 business days to process your order for dispatch. For the latest delivery time estimates, please check Australia Post. 

We ship Australia wide and Internationally (Singapore, New Zealand, UK, and several countries within the EU) using Australia Post. The cost will depend on the weight of your item and is calculated at checkout. You also have the option to pay for International Express Post. We thank you for your patience as International shipping can take up to 28 business days.

You can also add gift wrapping at a cost of $4.00AUD per item.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any import taxes and duties into the final destination country.

Please note that Australia Post and other carriers may experience delays due to COVID-19 restrictions or seasonal shopping spikes such as Black Friday or Christmas. We thank you for your understanding.

PACKAGING AND SUSTAINABILITY

As a business we are committed to reducing the impact we have on the environment. This is why we will provide you with an electronic proof of purchase, and our standard orders will come with minimal packaging that ensures your purchase is transported safely.

If you require gift packaging, this is available at a surcharge. 

We use biodegradable and compostable mailers, stickers and tape. We encourage you to recycle our gift packaging. All our deliveries through Australia Post are carbon neutral.

 

FREE SHIPPING AND PROMOTIONS

Free standard shipping may apply to some orders (under promotional bases) within Australia, excluding gift card purchases, bulky and flammable items.
