Combining silk noil a.k.a "eco-silk", and organic, undyed cotton these socks are really soft to the touch. The heel is knitted slightly larger to help maintain the shape and integrity of the sock after wash. Look after them well and they will last you for years.

What is silk noil?
It is made from the the short fibres that are left over after combing and spinning the long silk threads from the silk worm cocoons. Traditionally a waste product from the silk manufacturing process, these short fibres are what give silk noil it's distinctive surface texture. The fabric has excellent moisture release and absorption, as well as comfort due to the protein of the silk..

Garment Care: Hand or machine wash, 30 Celsius maximum./ Do not bleach/ Do not tumble dry/Do not iron/ Hang in shade
